These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website snp.plumbing and the SNP Booking App (together, the “Services”), operated by SNP Plumbing Services LLC (“SNP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must be the owner of the property where service is requested, or be authorized by the owner to request work on that property.
We provide plumbing services in Parker County, Texas and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Coverage within the metroplex may vary by location and technician availability. We may decline requests for addresses outside our service area. If you submit a request outside our service area, we will contact you to let you know.
Submitting a request through the Services creates a request for service, not a confirmed contract for work. Availability shown in the app reflects our scheduling system at the time you view it and may change. We will confirm your appointment by text or by phone.
Appointment times are arrival windows, not exact times. Emergencies, prior jobs running long, weather, and traffic can affect arrival. We will notify you if your technician is running behind.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, service address, and description of the issue. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or a missed appointment.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Contact our service department at 817-487-8866.
A technician may need to visit your property to assess the issue before providing an estimate. Any pricing shown in the app or discussed before that visit is an estimate only and is not binding.
Work will not begin until you approve the estimate. If additional issues are discovered during the work, we will discuss them with you before proceeding.
Payment is due as agreed at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
By opting in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from SNP Plumbing Services LLC at the mobile number you provide, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and schedule changes.
You agree that the mobile number you provide is your own, and that you will notify us if it changes or is reassigned. Our handling of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of these Terms.
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SNP Plumbing Services LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Services only for their intended purpose of requesting and managing plumbing service.
The Services rely on third-party platforms including ServiceTitan, Twilio, and SendGrid. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures of these platforms. If a text or email confirmation fails to arrive, your appointment may still be scheduled — contact us at 817-487-8866 to verify.
Warranties on plumbing work performed by SNP are provided separately in writing at the time of service and are governed by that documentation, not by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty we have given you in writing or any warranty required by Texas law.
The Services (the website and app) are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that availability shown will always be accurate.
This disclaimer applies to the website and app only. It does not apply to the plumbing work we perform for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, SNP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app, including damages resulting from a missed or delayed notification.
This limitation applies to the Services, not to our performance of plumbing work. Our liability for work performed is governed by Texas law and by any written agreement or warranty covering that work.
Plumbing emergencies: if you have an active leak, flooding, gas odor, or another emergency, call us directly at 817-487-8866 or call 911 if there is danger to persons or property. Do not rely on an app booking for an emergency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
